When Old Ways of Coping No Longer Work
Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, grief, trauma, anger, or uncertainty during life changes. Others find themselves repeating the same painful patterns in relationships, struggling to let go of resentment, feeling misunderstood, avoiding conflict, becoming reactive during disagreements, or having the same arguments over and over.
Many of the struggles people experience today are influenced by recurring patterns in the way they think, respond, and relate to others. Together, we'll identify the patterns contributing to your current challenges, develop practical tools for change, and create meaningful, lasting progress.
What We Will Explore Together
Together we will explore the patterns, beliefs, and protective strategies that may be contributing to your current struggles. As we better understand these patterns, new possibilities emerge. Along the way, you'll gain practical tools and insights to help you navigate challenges more effectively, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change.

GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE
GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE NOTICE
Beginning January 1, 2022, federal laws regulating patient care include the No Surprises Act. Pursuant to this Act, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance a “Good Faith Estimate” of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises
